My friend and I are looking for a roommate for august 1st. I'm a senior biology major and hes graduating and working in Lawrence. Were clean and easy going. We have one dog who is very well behaved. The rent is 450 a month, for 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs), 2 full baths(1 up, 1 down). New washer dryer, very large fenced in backyard. The house is on 20th and Mass and has a drive way. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and is connected with a large kitchen. The backyard is connected to the dinning room via a sliding glass door. Were looking for anyone, graduate or undergraduate whose not high strung or high maintenance, cleanliness preferred.
