I need a sub leaser for a 3 bedroom apartment at The Grove. Move in date is August 15th. Big bedroom with own walk-in closet and bathroom. Fully furnished too! $445 includes all utilities. The apartments have free tanning, gym and a salt water pool. They are also on the KU bus route. Need to find someone ASAP to take over my room, because I will no longer be moving to Lawrence.
